Hi, I can't figure out how to get blogger to let me reply to comments in email, so I will answer here. You asked about a frog hat - I haven't seen a pattern anywhere. I just knit a fairly basic hat (in green) and made eyes to put on top. You might be able to find a pattern by googling knit frog hat pattern.
